You are responsible for the current accounting.
In addition to the management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash, your tasks include the preparation of payment runs.
You work closely with the tax office and assist with monthly and annual financial statements.
You participate in projects in finance and accounting.
You are responsible for the procurement and management of office materials.
You will assist with office organization tasks.

Successfully completed education/ studies in business management or accounting
1-2 years of professional experience in the field of finance and accounting
Experienced in using DATEV, as well as modern accounting software such as SevDesk, Get My Invoices
Strong affinity for numbers and routine handling of the MS Office package
Very good German and good English skills, both in written and spoken language
Openness to new technologies
A structured, independent, and careful way of working
