Your New Job
- In this position, you will be a sparring partner to the management.
- Proactively develop and prepare relevant performance analyses.
- You regularly prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses while evaluating options for action.
- You will verify the sustainability of the defined measures through continuous monitoring.
- Expansion and further development of the corporate controlling and reporting system.
- Responsibility for all administrative processes in the company.
- You are the contact person for tax consultants, auditors, banks, and authorities.
- You will assist with monthly financial statements as well as preparing annual financial statements.
Your Skillset
- Completion of a commercial degree with a focus on finance and accounting, controlling or taxation.
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in controlling, finance and taxes.
- Strong affinity for numbers and understanding of data technical correlations and data preparation.
- You are a strong communicator, solution-oriented, and have a hands-on mentality.
- Very good German and good English skills, both in written and spoken language.
- The will to help shape change and optimize processes are a matter of course for you.
